Reservations and payment
THE SECTION IN RED BELOW DOES NOT APPLY DURING 2021, DUE TO CORONOVIRUS UNCERTAINTY
When you make a reservation we will let you know that the week is available. We then hold the week for you and request you send the deposit of 50 %.
You will need to send the final amount at least 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
The advance payment is the full amount if you are reserving less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Confirmation of booking We will confirm your booking on receipt of the deposit.
Collecting the keys We would hope to greet you on arrival – we only live next door! - show you around the farmhouse and assist with any queries.
Inventory If you wish to see what there is in the farmhouse, we can send you the inventory; just ask. We do not ask you to check it; nor do we check when you go !
WiFi is free.
Cancellation of booking If you have to cancel your booking we will attempt to re-let the farmhouse. If we succeed you will receive a full refund. We will retain all monies paid by you to us if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. We will assume you are cancelling your booking if you fail to pay us any monies due. We do not provide holiday cancellation insurance and advise you to take this out.
No Smoking We wish to remind you that the Cottage is strictly non-smoking and we ask that you observe this out of courtesy of our future guests.
Dogs We welcome guests and their dogs. We respectfully ask that dogs are kept in the farmhouse kitchen. We ask that dogs are kept under control in the sitting room and do not go upstairs.
