Reservations and payment
When you make a reservation we will let you know that the week is available. We then hold the week for you and request you send the deposit of 50 %.
You will need to send the final amount at least 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
The advance payment is the full amount if you are reserving less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Confirmation will be made of your deposit and final payment
Arrival and departure times.
The farmhouse will be available to you from 4pm on the first day of your stay until 9.30am on the final day.
We ask you to phone us at least 48 hours before your stay so that we know when to expect you.
Collecting the key
We live next door and are normally on hand to greet you and show you around.
Looking after and leaving the farmhouse
We ask that you leave the place neat and tidy at the end of your stay.
Let us know if anything does not work or is broken - then we can sort it out.
If you have to cancel we will attempt to re let the property.
If we cannot re let, then we reserve the right to retain the monies paid.
We do not provide holiday cancellation insurance and advise you to take this out.
THE FARMHOUSE IS 'NO SMOKING'
Dogs We welcome guests and their dogs. We respectfully ask that dogs are kept in the farmhouse kitchen. We ask that dogs are kept under control in the sitting room and do not go upstairs.
